R&R Sanitation, Inc. acquires Outdoor Restrooms, Inc.

R&R Sanitation, a Greenleaf Capital Partners company, has acquired Outdoor Restrooms, Inc.(“ORI”), Michael Morrison, Greenleaf Capital Partners Director and President of R&R Sanitation, announced today. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ORI is the leading provider and servicer of portable restrooms in the greater Kansas City, MO and KS markets. ORI provides customers with a variety of options for portable restroom needs including single-use restrooms, VIP trailers, and portable sanitation stations. The company, which is headquartered in Raytown, MO has been led by Gary and Greg Springer for the last 8 years and prior to that was founded by Dennis Abott in 2004 and has been servicing the greater Kansas City area for over 19 years.

R&R provides these assets, and the related services, with the assistance of its world-class delivery system and relationships with local waste management companies. The company, which is headquartered in O’Fallon, MO was founded in 2000 by James Reisinger.
