Smith McGehee, managed large and complex risks over his 44 year career in the insurance industry. He founded Huntleigh-McGehee, which he sold in 2004.
ATIS
American Testing and Inspection Services (ATIS) was formed in January 2013 to pursue opportunities within the testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) industry. ATIS currently operates through its ATIS Elevator Inspections subsidiary, which quickly became the third largest provider of elevator inspections in the United States. ATIS closed four major acquisitions of elevator inspection companies, continues to seek opportunistic acquisitions, and plans to expand into fire suppression, crane, and building inspections.
Arco Distributing & Heating & Cooling
Arco Distributing was founded in 1963 in St. Charles, MO to provide contractors and builders with replacement products such as doors, windows, bathroom fixtures, skirting, and others for manufactured homes within the Missouri market. In recent years, the company expanded into the residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) market, thus rebranding as Arco Distributing & Heating & Cooling (“Arco”). Arco closed four major acquisitions of heating & cooling and wholesale distribution businesses throughout the country and continues to seek opportunistic acquisitions to increase its market share in the manufactured homes and residential markets.

R&R Sanitation, Inc. (“R&R”) is the leading provider and servicer of portable restrooms and roll-off dumpsters in the greater St. Louis, MO and St. Charles, MO markets. R&R provides customers with a variety of options for portable restroom needs including single-use restrooms, VIP trailers, and portable sanitation stations. R&R also offers roll-off dumpsters to customers in four different sizes which provide the perfect option for any construction project, big or small. R&R provides these assets, and the related services, with the assistance of its world-class delivery system and relationships with local waste management companies.
