Greenleaf Capital Partners acquires R&R Sanitation, Inc.

R&R Sanitation, Inc. (“R&R”), is now part of the Greenleaf Capital Partners family of companies, Chip Smith, Greenleaf Capital Partners Principal, announced today.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

R&R is the leading provider and servicer of portable restrooms and roll-off dumpsters in the greater St. Louis, MO and St. Charles, MO markets. R&R provides customers with a variety of options for portable restroom needs including single-use restrooms, VIP trailers, and portable sanitation stations. R&R also offers roll-off dumpsters to customers in four different sizes which provide the perfect option for any construction project, big or small. R&R provides these assets, and the related services, with the assistance of its world-class delivery system and relationships with local waste management companies. The company, which is headquartered in O’Fallon, MO was founded in 2000 by James Reisinger.
